Same product, different SKUs on platforms – your books treat them as two products.
Product-level P&L is impossible when one item splits into three rows in your books.
A 500-SKU catalog means 500 manual entries, and every product launch restarts the cycle.
When products don't reconcile across channels, the numbers built on them – COGS, quantity, product P&L – stop being trustworthy.
Synder consolidates SKUs from every sales channel into one accounting item per product, so your catalog stays clean as you scale.
Seeing the same hoodie under three P&L line items
Keeping one accounting item per product across every channel
Creating duplicates every time a SKU name doesn't match
Matching existing items automatically, no accidental duplicates
Posting new SKUs to "Other Income" until month-end
Holding unmapped SKUs and flagging what to add
Mapping 500 SKUs by hand, then facing 200 more
Mapping full catalogs in one CSV upload, not row by row
Connect 30+ sales channels and payment processors to your accounting system and let transactions flow in automatically, so your books match what actually happened.

"Instead of a bookkeeper spending 40 hours a month manually reviewing thousands of transactions each month—clicking into each one, checking metadata, and categorizing it—Synder does it all automatically, the moment the charge happens. Which means we save 480 hours and almost $24K yearly."
"Synder drastically speeds up the process of reconciliation and eliminates the need to manually check massive transaction files. It now takes me about 40 minutes to finish and review a month’s data, whereas manually, it would have taken at least two days."
"Since integrating Synder, Decimal has streamlined workflows, reduced reconciliation time by over 50%, and saved 6-8 hours per client each month, enabling the team to focus on strategic advisory services and client growth."
Yes. Multiple platform SKUs can map to a single accounting item. The reverse isn't supported, but bundles can expand one platform product into multiple items at sync.
That’s supported. Map "Red Apple" and "Green Apple" from your sales platform to a single "Apple" item in your books. Product Mapping is set up separately for each connected sales channel.
Both. Map products individually in the app, or upload a two-column CSV to map your full catalog at once. You can also export your current mapping to CSV.
Mappings apply to syncs going forward. Past transactions stay where they were posted. And if you want the history corrected, re-sync the affected period after updating mappings, or contact Synder support for help with bulk corrections.
Yes, product mapping is supported in both. Per Transaction maps each transaction line to its accounting item. In Summary Sync, group summaries by individual SKU or by product category.
