Multi-channel data sync

HubSpot deals, Stripe payments, and data from your other channels all flow into NetSuite through one automated pipeline. Refunds, fees, and payouts post to your ledger automatically.

Built-in reconciliation

Synder matches every line in your clearing account against the platform's own records and flags anything that doesn't tie 100%, so you review only the transactions that need attention.

Automatic invoice matching

Synder syncs every HubSpot invoice to NetSuite in its correct state – open as a NetSuite invoice, paid with the payment recorded as a separate ledger entry, and voided as a credit memo. Your AR always reflects what's happening in HubSpot.

Two sync modes

Choose how the activity lands in NetSuite. Per transaction sync preserves customer- and line-item-level detail. Summary Sync rolls high-volume activity into clean batch journal entries per a certain period or payout.

Multi-currency support

Synder syncs transactions in any currency into NetSuite. Each transaction posts in its original currency using accurate conversion rates, so your home-currency books reflect what was actually settled – with no manual conversion between systems.

Automatic fee and tax mapping

Fees post as journal entries against your fee account, refunds as credit memos, payouts settle through clearing accounts, and sales tax maps to the right NetSuite tax codes. Works the same across every payment processor you connect.
