By default, Synder assigns new products to the Product Income account in Xero, but for gift cards, you can set up a separate liability account. Simply go to Settings, head to the Products/Services tab, choose your Liability account from the dropdown, and save. From then on, all synced Square gift cards will go straight to your designated Liability account, keeping everything organized.
