Synder creates a separate clearing account for each payment gateway and syncs Klarna, as well as other payment platforms like PayPal, Stripe, Afterpay, and more, into Xero individually. Each payout is recorded against the correct account, so deposits reconcile cleanly without mixed transactions or catch-all balances.

Smooth reconciliation

Synder creates a sales receipt for each Klarna settlement, breaking down sales, returns, fees, and adjustments, then posts the net payout. When it hits your Xero bank feed, the amounts match perfectly. Just click "Match", and you're done.
