Enjoy streamlined bookkeeping and smooth reconciliation.

Stripe data auto-posts to NetSuite as journal entries without CSV uploads or manual entry. Choose Per Transaction sync for individual records with product and customer mapping, or Summary Sync for one aggregated entry per day, month, or payout period.
Connect Stripe alongside Shopify, Amazon, PayPal, and 30+ other platforms into the same NetSuite instance. Rollback removes any journal entry from NetSuite without touching the original Stripe data.
Stripe activity records to a clearing account. When a payout arrives, Synder posts a matching transfer to your checking account. The deposit ties out to NetSuite exactly, including multi-currency payouts.
Processing fees are recorded as a separate journal entry line mapped to your chosen expense account. Custom contracts and Stripe Radar add-ons that produce separate fee lines are handled the same way.
Each journal entry posts to the correct NetSuite subsidiary, mapped during setup. Multiple subsidiaries can be configured from a single Synder account.
Synder RevRec defers annual Stripe subscription revenue to your balance sheet and recognizes it monthly in NetSuite, compliant with GAAP and ASC 606. Upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations are tracked automatically.

“Synder had pretty much every major integration that we needed - from Stripe to Shopify, to Amazon, etc., that you can use under one account. It was very simple to pull it in. And then being able to tire back to the end user level as well as bank reconciliation – it makes the tool very-very powerful.”
There's no native Stripe NetSuite integration. Synder connects the two directly, syncing Stripe transactions to NetSuite as journal entries with automatic payout reconciliation, fee separation, and multicurrency support.
Synder is a powerful accounting automation software built for retail, ecommerce, and SaaS businesses and accounting professionals. It syncs data from 30+ sales and payment platforms into leading accounting systems and ERPs like NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, and Puzzle. From sales and fees to taxes and customer details, Synder automates your bookkeeping in real time, keeping your records accurate, organized, and secure.
Yes, Synder’s Stripe NetSuite integration is fully customizable to fit your accounting processes. Once NetSuite is connected to Synder, it’s easy to set up how your transactions are mapped, categorized, and synced, so everything fits your chart of accounts, reporting style, and the way your business runs. Whether you're in retail, ecommerce, or SaaS, Synder easily adapts to your workflow.
Synder uses Token-based Authentication (TBA) to connect to NetSuite, which requires an Account ID, Consumer Key, Consumer Secret, and Role ID configured on the NetSuite side. Once connected, Stripe data syncs as journal entries posted to your specified subsidiary.
Synder supports both Per Transaction sync and Summary Sync for NetSuite. Per Transaction sync brings each Stripe record into NetSuite individually with full detail: customer names, product lines, and itemized fees. Summary Sync posts one aggregated journal entry per custom time period, which keeps NetSuite clean at high transaction volumes (20K–100K+ monthly). Rollback is available in both modes.
Synder records all Stripe activity to a clearing account and posts a matching transfer when each payout arrives. The bank deposit matches the journal entry transfer exactly, so reconciliation in NetSuite is a one-click confirmation rather than a manual investigation.
Yes. Synder handles Stripe transactions in multiple currencies and posts them to NetSuite without manual FX adjustments. Each currency maps to its own clearing and checking account, keeping payouts separated and reconciliation clean.
Yes. Synder supports NetSuite classes, locations, and departments in mapping. Smart Rules can assign these automatically based on Stripe transaction data, such as product, description, amount, or any other field passed through the Stripe metadata.
Yes. NetSuite requires a subsidiary ID to post journal entries. Synder asks for this during setup and includes a subsidiary selector in the mapping configuration.
Synder offers a 15-day free trial with full functionality. During the trial, you can test the connection, verify journal entry mapping, and confirm reconciliation works correctly before choosing a plan.
Yes. Synder supports historical data import from Stripe. Once connected, select a date range and import past transactions into NetSuite. The available history range depends on your Synder plan.
Yes. Synder supports 30+ platforms, like Shopify, PayPal, Amazon, Square, and more, all feeding into the same NetSuite instance. Each platform gets its own mapping and clearing account, keeping revenue streams separated while consolidating into one view.
Yes. Synder's rollback removes synced journal entries from NetSuite without affecting the original Stripe data. You can then adjust your mapping or Smart Rules and resync cleanly.
