The marketplace applies payment processing fees to every transaction processed through Etsy Payments. These fees consist of a % of the total sale amount (3% for the U.S.) + a fixed fee ($0.25 for the U.S.).
Note: Payment processing fees are separate from Etsy's other charges, like the 6.5% transaction fee or the $0.20 listing fee. They get deducted automatically from your balance before the funds hit your bank account.
