Etsy charges a $0.20 auto-renew expired fee when a product listing on the marketplace reaches the end of its four-month period and is automatically renewed. Whether or not the item sells, this fee is added to your payment account.
With auto-renewal features enabled, Etsy extends the listing for another four months each time the listing renews. The fee is charged per renewal.
