Fees

Notice Fee

The notice fee is specific to real estate auction-style listings and is charged when the listing ends — whether or not the property sells. Typically, this fee applies to categories like land, manufactured homes, and timeshares, where you may see a $35 notice fee, on top of a $35 insertion fee.

However, for commercial and residential real estate listings, this fee doesn’t apply.

The notice fee is waived in specific scenarios:

  • If the auction-style listing receives no bids;
  • If the bids don’t meet the reserve price set by the seller;
  • If you choose the Classified Ad format, which doesn’t carry a notice fee at all.
