Chargebacks Fee
When a customer disputes a transaction on your Shopify store, youâll be charged a $15 fee for the chargeback. If you win the dispute, Shopify will refund the fee. But if the customer wins, both the disputed amount and the $15 fee will be deducted from your account. If you're using Shopify Payments, you'll see this deduction in your next payout.
