WAREHOUSE_DAMAGE_EXCEPTION: FBA Inventory Reimbursement

If your inventory gets damaged while it's in Amazon's warehouse, you might be eligible for a WAREHOUSE_DAMAGE_EXCEPTION reimbursement. But unlike automatic refunds, you have to request an investigation to get compensated. Once Amazon confirms the damage, they'll issue a manual credit—meaning the process starts when you request it, not when they notice.
