Shopify Payments Fees

The amount for the Shopify payment fee is set based on the plan you choose + how the transaction is processed: online or in person. 

Basic Plan:

• 2.9% + $0.30 per online transaction;
• 2.6% + $0.30 for in-person transactions;
• 2%  fee for third-party providers*.

Shopify Plan: 

• 2.7% + $0.30 per online transaction;
• 2.5% + $0.10 for in-person transactions;
• 1% fee for third-party providers*.

Advanced Plan:

• 2.5% + $0.30 per online transaction;
• 2.4% + $0.10 for in-person transactions;
• 0.6% fee for third-party providers*.

* – If you go with a third-party payment processor, you’ll also be charged those additional transaction fees on top of the standard credit card processing fees charged by your chosen provider.
