A Successful Charge is paid when Amazon charges a seller's credit card for an outstanding balance. This transaction typically appears in the seller's account once Amazon has processed the payment for what the seller owes. Often, it's paired with a "Payable to Amazon" transaction in the same settlement, and the two amounts cancel each other out.
