A REVERSAL_REIMBURSEMENT occurs when Amazon reverses a previous cash reimbursement by taking back the payment and, instead, returns the inventory to the seller. This can appear as either a charge or a credit in your settlement report, which is why some sellers find it confusing. While it sounds similar to Reverse Reimbursement, they’re not the same thing. If you’re uncertain about why this charge or credit has appeared, it’s best to contact Seller Support for more details.
