Amazon applies an Order Cancellation Charge when a seller cancels an order after it’s entered the shipping process or is marked for fulfillment. Amazon doesn't usually impose a charge if you, as a seller, cancel an order before it reaches the shipping stage.
If an order is canceled after shipment, the seller may be liable for the shipping and handling fees already incurred.
