MULTICHANNEL_ORDER_DAMAGED is paid when an order shipped through Amazon’s Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) service gets damaged during the fulfillment process. With MCF, sellers can use Amazon's fulfillment network for non-Amazon orders. If an item is damaged in fulfillment, then Amazon will reimburse the loss to the seller. This reimbursement is specific to MCF orders only.
