MISSING_FROM_INBOUND

MISSING_FROM_INBOUND is paid when Amazon reimburses you for inventory that gets lost while being shipped to their warehouse. This applies no matter if you used your own carrier or an Amazon-partnered one. It’s Amazon's way of making sure you’re compensated for any items that go missing during transit.

There’s another similar reimbursement called Inventory Reimbursement - Carrier Damaged, but that one specifically covers losses when you use an Amazon-partnered carrier, which is the main difference between the two.

Manual entry slowing you down? Let Synder automate the recording of all your Amazon sales data — including this fee — into QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage Intacct. Schedule a 1:1 demo to find out how Synder’s capabilities align with your business needs.
