FREE_REPLACEMENT_REFUND_ITEMS is paid when a buyer requests a replacement for an item instead of a refund, and Amazon requires them to return the original product. If the buyer doesn't send back the original item, Amazon charges the buyer for it and reimburses the seller for the unreturned product.
