AWD Storage Fee is part of Amazon’s Warehousing & Distribution (AWD) service, offering an affordable option for long-term, bulk inventory storage. Designed to help Amazon sellers manage large volumes without the higher costs, AWD storage fees are based on the volume of space your inventory occupies- no extra charges for inbound placement or stock limits.
This fee structure is designed to be more cost-effective than traditional Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) fees, which can be $2.40/cu ft during peak periods.
Note: AWD can automatically replenish stocks to fulfillment centers for sellers who need to manage inventory across multiple channels.
