Amazon offers a WAREHOUSE_DAMAGE reimbursement in cases when inventory gets damaged in their Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) warehouses. If something happens to the products, Amazon issues a credit to make up for the loss. This reimbursement helps protect sellers from taking a financial hit and ensures they’re not losing sales because of the Amazon warehouse issues.

Note: The reimbursement is made to sellers according to the product’s value, ensuring fair compensation.
