A pending summary is a summary that is not yet ready to be synced to your books. As soon as it’s ready, its status will change to “ready to sync”.
There are two main reasons why you can see Pending transactions:
1. The “current” summary period
Any daily summary for today (current date) will be seen as pending and will be finalized the next day.
2. Unverified transactions
If you have at least one pending transaction included into a Daily Summary, the whole summary has a pending status.
Tip: pending transactions require additional verification from the payment processor side (for example: the payout that was sent to the bank by your processor but not yet confirmed by the bank)
Once the pending status disappears, the summary is available for synchronization and its status changes to ready to sync.
