If you notice that your Square integration shows a ‘Connection lost’ status, you’ll need to re-establish the connection by following the steps below:

  1. Click on the Profile icon in the upper-right corner of your Synder account.
  2. Click on ‘My Account’.
  3. Under Square, click on ‘Disconnect’.
  4. Click on ‘Add Integration’.
  5. From the dropdown list of integrations, select Square, choose the necessary location(s), and click on ‘Connect’.
  6. Choose an account for payouts.

Note: To re-establish the connection, you will need to disconnect the platform entirely before reconnecting; do not simply click on ‘Reconnect’
