What It Means

QuickBooks/Xero both have limitations on the number of symbols that can be recorded into a specific field. It appears that the value provided by the payment processor exceeds this limit, and Synder cannot record the transaction correctly.

Possible Reasons

The number of symbols supplied by your payment processor is greater than what the accounting system can take.
