Please note that the Multicurrency setting cannot be disabled in Synder. If you want to see summaries synchronized in your home currency only, it’ll require creating a new organization (contact the support team to request transferring your subscriptions to a new organization).
To synchronize further summaries in your home currency, follow these steps:
- Disconnect all platforms from the current organization: Click on the Person icon in the upper-right corner and hit My Account. Then, disconnect all platforms ony by one.
- Create a new organization: Navigate to the upper-left corner, click on the Organization dropdown, and select Create Organization. Follow the prompts to set up a new organization.
- Contact support: Request the transfer of your subscription (if any) to the new organization by contacting Synder support.
- Set up mapping and import historical data: Create the same mapping for the new organization and you are good to go.
Note: Check the latest synced summary date from your old organization and continue syncing starting from the next day to avoid any duplications. Or alternatively, you can rollback any summaries synced by your old organization (make sure to do this before you disconnect platforms from it) and just start from scratch with a new one.
By following these steps, you will create a new organization where your summaries are synchronized in your home currency only, effectively switching from multicurrency sync to home-currency sync.
