I can see that this tutorial is extremely helpful. This is the first time I’ve used the product and I’m expecting to learn how to sync between QB Online and Shopify. But, while the presenter seems nice, she speaks WAY TOO FAST and moves through the windows WAY TOO FAST. The 36 minute tutorial will probably take me over an hour because I’m having to back and try to understand what she’s saying, where she’s pointing, etc. PLEASE, PLEASE have her slow down. This process is challenging as it is and trying to keep up with her speed is draining, frustrating and exhausting.

I would like to learn more about your integration from Shopify to QuickBooks what I’m trying to do is streamline payouts to my bank feed. I would like all the revenue to first go into deferred revenue and then The order status changes from unfulfilled to fulfilled

Hello Trevor! Thank you for your interest in Synder. Synder helps streamline payouts by syncing them as transfers to your QuickBooks, which you can then match to actual money deposits. Regarding the revenue flow, it seems you’re referring to revenue recognition. Currently, this flow is supported only for Stripe. However, we’ve taken note of a similar feature for Shopify and added it to our suggestion list. If it becomes available in the future, we’ll notify you.
