The <strong>Dashboard<\/strong> gives you an at-a-glance view of your sync health \u2014 an <strong>Overview<\/strong> tab with your integrations and a live transactions feed (latest synced, sync issues, and not-synced counts), plus a <strong>Synchronization Issues<\/strong> tab for anything that needs attention. This section contains three pages: <strong>Platform transactions<\/strong>, <strong>Import activity log<\/strong>, and <strong>Transaction reconciliation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"platform-transactions\">Platform transactions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This is the <strong>Transaction List<\/strong> \u2014 every transaction Synder imported from your connected sales and payment platforms, shown with its current sync status. It is the page you will work from most. On synced rows, <strong>Explain<\/strong> shows how the transaction was recorded in your books.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Narrow the list with the <strong>filters<\/strong> above the table \u2014 by transaction type, amount, integration, date, and status. <strong>Advanced search<\/strong> adds more criteria, and <strong>Reset all filters<\/strong> clears them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use <strong>Search<\/strong> to find a specific transaction by ID or customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Run bulk operations from the <strong>Actions<\/strong> menu \u2014 <strong>Sync<\/strong>, <strong>Rollback<\/strong>, <strong>Cancel<\/strong>, or <strong>Archive<\/strong> several transactions at once. Use <strong>Select all transactions<\/strong> to apply an action across the whole list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bring in past transactions from your integrations with the <strong>Import historical data<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jump to your accounting platform with <strong>See transactions in books<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act on a single transaction from the <strong>&hellip; (three-dot) menu<\/strong> at the end of each row.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"import-activity-log\">Import activity log<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A record of every import request, so you can see which periods are already covered and whether an import ran automatically or was triggered manually. Synder imports on a schedule \u2014 frequently throughout the day, plus periodic catch-up imports.
