They are not part of Essential. If you are currently on a free trial, see <a href=\"#premium-trial\">Trying Premium Integrations During a Trial<\/a> below for the unlock process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is a Premium Integration?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A <strong>Premium Integration<\/strong> is a payment platform or data source that needs more advanced setup, custom mapping, or higher-volume processing than a standard integration. Because these platforms require extra setup and ongoing support, they are offered <strong>only on the Pro and Pro Max plans<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The current Premium Integrations in Synder are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Magento<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Walmart<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Faire<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>TikTok Shop<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ecwid<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ShipStation<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Squarespace<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>BigCommerce<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transactions API<\/strong> (custom data sources via API)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All other integrations, such as Stripe, Shopify, Amazon, PayPal, Square, and WooCommerce, are <strong>standard<\/strong>. Standard integrations are available on every paid plan, including Essential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How Premium Integrations work on each Synder plan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Premium Integrations are included starting with the <strong>Pro<\/strong> plan. In short, here is how each plan handles them:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Essential<\/strong>: Premium Integrations are <strong>not available<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pro<\/strong>: includes <strong>2 Premium Integration slots<\/strong>. You can connect any 2 of the platforms listed above.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pro Max<\/strong>: includes <strong>unlimited Premium Integrations<\/strong>. Connect as many as you need.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, if you are on Pro and need a third Premium Integration, the only way to add it is to <strong>upgrade to Pro Max<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to add a Premium Integration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Before you start<\/strong>, confirm your account is on the <strong>Pro<\/strong> or <strong>Pro Max<\/strong> plan. You can check your current plan under <strong>Settings &gt; Billing<\/strong>. If you are on Essential, upgrade first, because Premium Integrations cannot be added on Essential. If you are on a free trial, read the next section before continuing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once your plan is ready, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to <strong>Settings &gt; Integrations<\/strong> in Synder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Add Integration<\/strong> and pick the premium platform you want to connect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow the platform-specific connection steps. Synder will guide you through authentication and initial setup.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once connected, configure the integration&#8217;s settings, such as sales, fees, taxes, and sync mode, the same way you would for a standard platform.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Each Premium Integration uses one of your plan&#8217;s premium slots. If you later disconnect a premium platform, the slot becomes available again for a new connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"premium-trial\">Trying Premium Integrations during a trial<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Synder&#8217;s free trial lets you explore the product and decide whether a Premium Integration fits your workflow. However, full access during a trial is unlocked only after a short conversation with our team. This step makes sure the integration is set up correctly for your business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here is how the process works:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Start (or continue) your Synder trial<\/strong> and let us know which Premium Integration you would like to use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Book a short discovery call<\/strong> with our sales team. They will walk through your setup, the volume you process, and the platforms you want to connect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Get the Premium Integration unlocked on your trial<\/strong>. If a Pro or Pro Max plan is a good fit for your business, the team enables the Premium Integration on your trial account so you can fully test it end-to-end before subscribing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Once your trial ends, continued access to Premium Integrations requires an active <strong>Pro<\/strong> or <strong>Pro Max<\/strong> subscription.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What happens if you hit your slot limit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you try to add a Premium Integration after using all of your slots, Synder will block the connection and prompt you to upgrade. In that case, you have two options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Free up a slot<\/strong> by disconnecting a premium platform you no longer need.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Upgrade to Pro Max<\/strong> to remove the slot limit entirely. The <strong>Transactions API<\/strong>, used to push data into Synder from platforms that aren&#8217;t natively supported, counts as a Premium Integration and uses one slot on your plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can I use Premium Integrations on the Essential plan?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No. Premium Integrations are not available on Essential. To connect any of the platforms listed above, you will need to upgrade to <strong>Pro<\/strong> (2 slots) or <strong>Pro Max<\/strong> (unlimited).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can I try a Premium Integration on a free trial?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes, with one extra step. Each connected platform is labeled, and premium ones are marked accordingly.
