Apply your local offset (e.g., 14:02 UTC = 06:02 Pacific Time).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why do I see &#8220;Support&#8221; as the initiator?<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>A Synder Support team member performed the action while assisting (usually on a ticket). All grouped under <strong>&#8220;Support&#8221;<\/strong>\u2014no individual names shown, easy to distinguish from your team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why do I see &#8220;System&#8221; as the initiator?<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong><strong>&#8220;System&#8221;<\/strong> marks automatic events without user input. Common: <strong>Connection lost<\/strong> from platform revocation or token expiration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Can I undo an action from the Activity log?<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>No\u2014it&#8217;s a <strong>read-only audit trail<\/strong>. Reverse via the relevant Synder area; new entry will log it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Can I see Smart Rule or settings changes here?<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Not yet\u2014this version covers integrations, user access, and management. Smart Rules, Mappings, Summary\/Per-Transaction\/RevRec Settings planned next.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Can I export the Activity log?<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Not in this version\u2014browse\/filter on-page.
