Here is what to do:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Review the list of permissions that Synder needs to access and sync your data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tip:<\/strong> Open Squarespace in a separate browser tab and log in before starting the connection process. Synder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will see your new Squarespace integration listed there.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the status shows <strong>&#8220;Not configured&#8221;<\/strong>, click <strong>Finish configuration<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the correct timezone for your store.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Continue<\/strong> to finalize the setup.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure start importing your Squarespace data:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to <strong>Transactions \u2192 Platform transactions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Import historical data<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the date range you want to import.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Import<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After the import finishes, sync the transactions to your accounting system.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"what-data-gets-synced-adf01ead-8459-43fb-bbf0-0d9cd7eddefc\"><strong>What Data Gets Synced?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Synder imports the following transaction types from Squarespace:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Orders<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Donations<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Refunds<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"important-details-9f77b96f-9783-4067-b310-b2db7602fbe3\"><strong>Important Details<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>There are a few things to keep in mind when syncing Squarespace data:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Synder records all Squarespace orders as <strong>Invoice + Payment<\/strong> in your accounting software.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Squarespace does not provide payout data through its API. As a result, you need to record payouts manually in your accounting software.
