Loss Report<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sales and refunds are posted to the <strong>Klarna Sales<\/strong> account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expenses and taxes on fees are posted to the <strong>Klarna Fees<\/strong> account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Users can select the specific accounts used for profit and loss posting:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To change the sales and refund account, adjust the <strong>Income Account<\/strong> on the product Klarna Sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the fees account, adjust the <strong>Klarna Fee<\/strong> product <strong>Income Account<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"balance-sheet-986fe434-5fa0-43cc-84aa-e02a19859d2d\">Balance Sheet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Synder posts the entire transaction to the Clearing Account specified in<strong> Settings \u2192 Sales.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"important-limitations-bbd30dc7-3059-46f9-a4a8-d05be2ac93a2\"><strong>Important Limitations<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"settlementlevel-only-00cc2c59-fd77-4fd7-ad59-f53cab17fdce\">Settlement-Level Only<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No order-level or per-product detail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No individual customer info<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each entry combines multiple orders according to the settled amount<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"no-smart-reconciliation-with-shopify-c9aaa069-5bf8-4c9f-95a4-2d07ed0b9d68\">No Smart Reconciliation with Shopify<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Klarna transactions cannot be matched to individual Shopify orders using Synder\u2019s Smart Reconciliation. This means:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you activate both Klarna and Shopify integrations and use Klarna as a Shopify payment gateway, Synder may create duplicate revenue entries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Smart Reconciliation (Synder\u2019s automated payment-to-order matching feature) only works for supported combinations of payment processors and e-commerce platforms. Klarna + Shopify is not supported.
