correctly on your Profit &amp; Loss by Class or Location report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This article applies <strong>only to QuickBooks Online users using Per-Transaction mode<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>If you use Summary mode, use Mapping Groups instead.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Use this guide if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You use <strong>Revenue Recognition in Per-Transaction (PT) mode<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Synder creates <strong>Journal Entries (JEs)<\/strong> in QuickBooks Online<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You need revenue split by <strong>Class<\/strong> or <strong>Location<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You want this applied automatically<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Important:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Smart Rules apply to <strong>all synced Journal Entries that meet the rule condition<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rules work <strong>at the line level only<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After successfully running this setup:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Each Revenue Recognition Journal Entry line will automatically:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Apply the correct <strong>Class<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply the correct <strong>Location<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Or change the <strong>Account<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Revenue will appear correctly on <strong>Profit &amp; Loss by <strong>Account<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Select the correct value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can set multiple condition and action combinations in the same rule for different lines in the Journal QBO.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirm the correct Class\/Location appears on the relevant line.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" Executions<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Find the Journal Entry<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirm:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The condition matches the actual JE line<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The correct transaction type (Journal Entry) was selected<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The rule is active<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>If the execution shows \u201cNot matched,\u201d review the exact wording in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Line Description<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Line Account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Memo field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Conditions must match the JE
