See the <a href=\"#plan-comparison\">comparison table below<\/a> if you&#8217;re not sure which to choose.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Choose monthly or annual billing.<\/strong> Annual billing saves <strong>20%<\/strong> compared to monthly. You&#8217;ll be billed for the full year upfront.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Confirm payment.<\/strong> Enter and confirm your payment method and complete the upgrade.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u26a0\ufe0f Upgrading to Pro? Read This First<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you upgrade to Pro, Synder temporarily pauses auto-sync until you complete an onboarding call with your Customer Success Manager (CSM). This is intentional \u2014 it protects you from syncing incorrectly configured transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You&#8217;ll receive a welcome email with a link to schedule your onboarding call. If you prefer to enable auto-sync immediately without the call, email <a href=\"mailto:help@synder.com\">help@synder.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"cancel\">2. How to Cancel Your Subscription<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can cancel your Synder subscription at any time. Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period, and Synder does not charge you again after cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"standard-cancellation-most-users-8562e292-9bb1-4c0e-9b5a-5ebe0f93fdb0\">Standard Cancellation (Most Users)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Go to your subscription settings<\/strong> Person icon (top right) \u2192 Organization Settings \u2192 Manage Subscription<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Click &#8220;Cancel Subscription&#8221; <\/strong>and Follow the prompts. You may be asked for feedback on why you&#8217;re leaving \u2014 this is optional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Confirm the cancellation<\/strong> You&#8217;ll see your subscription end date. Your account remains active until then.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Export your data (if needed)<\/strong> Before your account expires, you can export your transaction history. Contact <a href=\"mailto:help@synder.com\">help@synder.com<\/a> if you need help with this.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udea8 Clover Subscribers \u2014 Different Process<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your Synder subscription was set up <strong>through Clover<\/strong> (the Clover App Market), you <strong>cannot<\/strong> cancel from within Synder. You must cancel from your Clover Dashboard:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Clover Dashboard<\/strong> \u2192 <strong>Apps<\/strong> \u2192 Select <strong>Synder<\/strong> \u2192 <strong>Remove<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once uninstalled, your subscription will be cancelled and you&#8217;ll return to trial status. If you&#8217;re unsure whether you subscribed through Clover, contact <a href=\"mailto:help@synder.com\">help@synder.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2139\ufe0f Can&#8217;t Find the Cancel Button?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the cancel button isn&#8217;t visible or is grayed out, email <a href=\"mailto:help@synder.com\">help@synder.com<\/a> with your account email and subject line &#8220;Cancellation Request.&#8221; The support team will process it immediately and send you a confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"find-invoices\">3. Find Your Invoices &amp; Receipts for your Subscriptions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can download your invoices directly from your Synder account without contacting support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Person icon (top right)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span>\u2192<\/span> Organization Settings <span>\u2192<\/span> Manage Subscription <span>\u2192<\/span> Get Subscription Invoices<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2139\ufe0f Can&#8217;t Find Your Invoice?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you can&#8217;t locate the invoice download button, email <a href=\"mailto:help@synder.com\">help@synder.com<\/a> with your account email and billing period. The support team can send the invoice directly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"downgrade\">Downgrade Your SubscriptionPlan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Downgrading is not self-service \u2014 it requires contacting our billing team. Here&#8217;s why: downgrading may affect your transaction limits, active Smart Rules, and other configured features, and we want to make sure the transition is smooth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Email the billing team<\/strong> Contact <a href=\"mailto:help@synder.com\">help@synder.com<\/a> and mention &#8220;subscription downgrade request&#8221; in the subject.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Specify what you want to move to<\/strong> Let us know which plan you&#8217;d like. If you&#8217;re unsure, ask for a recommendation based on your transaction volume.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The billing team will handle the rest<\/strong> Usually processed the same business day. Example: automatically map all Walmart discount transactions to a &#8220;Promotions&#8221; account, or separate fees from two different platforms. See the <a href=\"smart-rules-guide.html\">Smart Rules guide<\/a> for full details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"billing-faq\">Common Billing Questions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"-why-did-my-price-increase-3d7daa13-b281-4560-8bb3-939a33c23af2\">\u2753 Why did my price increase?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you were on a legacy plan (Large, Scale, or Medium), Synder has retired those plans and moved customers to the current lineup (Essential or Pro). The new plans have different pricing \u2014 typically the Pro plan replaces the legacy higher-tier plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You should have received advance notice of this change. If you did not receive information about your migration or have questions about it, email <a href=\"mailto:help@synder.com\">help@synder.com<\/a> and include \u201cLegacy Plan Migration\u201d in the subject line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"-do-you-offer-nonprofit-or-startup-discounts-eac61304-3c22-48be-b8d3-9f6633138505\">\u2753 Do you offer nonprofit or startup discounts?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We don&#8217;t currently offer special pricing for nonprofits or startups. However, <strong>annual billing saves 20%<\/strong> compared to monthly billing. If cost is a concern, switching to an annual plan is the best way to reduce your bill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"-can-i-get-a-refund-8846ccce-2c74-44fe-9070-ee1da1adaf89\">\u2753 Can I get a refund?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As outlined in our <a href=\"https:\/\/synder.com\/terms\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Terms of Service<\/a>, all purchases are final and non-refundable. That said, if a billing error occurs or Synder charges you for a feature you didn\u2019t expect, email help@synder.com and include the details.<span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\"> The billing team reviews each case individually.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"-i-was-charged-after-i-thought-i-canceled-what-do-i-do-9d99597b-78b4-474c-98a1-603e61c88289\">\u2753 I was charged after I thought I canceled \u2014 what do I do?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>First, check your Synder account to confirm the subscription status. If Synder shows your subscription as canceled but still charges you, email <a>help@synder.com<\/a> and include your order or invoice number. <span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">The billing team will investigate and correct any errors.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note for Clover subscribers: If you uninstall Synder from Clover but Clover still charges you, Clover may not have properly canceled your subscription. Contact Clover support as well as Synder at <a href=\"mailto:help@synder.com\">help@synder.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"-how-do-i-change-my-payment-method-b2245786-95ed-44ef-8267-47aac3e6587a\">\u2753 How do I change my payment method?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Go to: Person icon \u2192 Organization Settings \u2192 Manage Subscription \u2192 Update Payment Method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you don&#8217;t see this option, contact <a href=\"mailto:help@synder.com\">help@synder.com<\/a> and the billing team can assist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"-can-i-transfer-my-subscription-to-a-different-organization-aabe8f27-4f32-4780-8051-0f7720091014\">\u2753 Can I transfer my subscription to a different organization?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes \u2014 the billing team can transfer subscriptions between organizations. This often helps when you switch from Per Transaction to Daily Summary sync mode, which requires you to create a new organization. Email <a href=\"mailto:help@synder.com\">help@synder.com<\/a> with the old and new organization details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"-im-leaving-will-i-lose-my-data-84fa46ce-e12b-4886-aeff-953a8c4cfae1\">\u2753 I&#8217;m leaving \u2014 will I lose my data?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Your data is preserved until the end of your billing period.
