This can also occur if the transaction date is earlier than the date the item was added to inventory. In this case, even if the item is currently in stock, Xero won\u2019t recognise any available quantity on that earlier date, resulting in the error.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to fix it<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Verify inventory levels <\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Check the stock levels of the item to ensure that there\u2019s sufficient quantity available to fulfil the transaction.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Check the transaction date<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Confirm that the date of the transaction is <strong>on or after<\/strong> the date the item was added to the inventory.
