As a result, QBO can no longer accept new transactions for that product.<\/p>\n<p>The fix has three main parts. First, deactivate the affected product in QBO. Next, create a replacement product. Then retry the failed transactions in Synder.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to fix the &#8220;product can&#8217;t be processed&#8221; error<\/h2>\n<p>Follow these steps in order for the most reliable resolution.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 1: Deactivate the product in QuickBooks Online<\/h3>\n<p>The first step is to deactivate the product that&#8217;s causing the error. It&#8217;s important to use the same name and SKU so Synder can match transactions correctly.<\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In QuickBooks Online, click the <strong>Settings (gear icon)<\/strong> in the top-right.<\/li>\n<li>Under <strong>Lists<\/strong>, select <strong>Products and services<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>New<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the product details. This option is available on <strong>Essential, Pro, and Premium plans<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to <strong>Synder Settings &#x2192; Product Mapping &#x2192; Map Products<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Add Mapping<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>In the left field, enter the <strong>exact product name<\/strong> from your sales platform.
