However, when <strong>manual payouts <\/strong>are mixed with automatic payouts, the manual ones may not match automatically with your bank statement. This guide explains how to identify and reconcile these manual payouts in your books.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. What are manual payouts in Stripe?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Manual payouts occur when you manually transfer funds from your Stripe balance to your bank account instead of relying on Stripe\u2019s automatic payout schedule. Unlike automatic payouts, manual payouts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Are not linked to balance transactions in Stripe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Share the date of the automatic payout in summaries, making automatic matching to bank statements in accounting software less reliable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.
