Synder\u2019s Transaction Verification feature ensures that data imported from your sales platforms aligns perfectly with records in Synder. This guide will help you correctly fill out the required template for verification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Prepare the template file<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To initiate verification, you must upload a file containing data from the integration you wish to verify transactions for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Download the template<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to the Transaction Verification page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click New Verification<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Locate the CSV Template<\/strong> section and click the Download template<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Save the template to your device.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Step 2: Fill out the template<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Note<\/em><\/strong>: This field is mandatory. Leaving it blank will result in a failed upload.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. Transaction date\/time<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    The date and time must be in the format MM\/dd\/yyyy.
    Example: 10\/21\/2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. Amount<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    The total value of the transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. Currency<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    Make sure to use the 3-letter ISO currency code (e.g., USD, AUD, CAD, GBP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 3: Validate and upload the file<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
