This issue often arises if you are using Shopify and have enabled <strong><em>Inventory management<\/em><\/strong> in Synder, which attempts to create inventory products in your accounting software. However, if the &#8220;Track quantity on hand&#8221; setting is disabled in QuickBooks Online, Synder cannot create the inventory item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"2\"><strong>How to fix it:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>You have two options to resolve this issue, depending on whether you want to track inventory in QuickBooks Online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"3\">If you want to track inventory<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Enable \u201cTrack Quantity on Hand\u201d:<br><br>-Log in to <strong>QuickBooks Online<\/strong>.<br>-Click on the <strong>Gear icon<\/strong> in the upper-right corner and select <strong>Account and settings<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com\/docsz\/AD_4nXeaucEUno03MVz-aZY9vRCGU6VHN4M6pOX7VRl94iTBrjMInXwSt27Qm1WMXQIZl074WL7G2kbY3ilXlKl0Cj27AVc_oK5mYA-BujpBjuzBVh7J6zi3IdpgUAP1vliPDCpfck9Y2DJObkrvshPJlUTrUcN-?key=cqZyo0ixjZ1znW1OSI5ivg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>-Go to the <strong>Sales<\/strong> tab.<br>-Enable the <strong>Track quantity on hand<\/strong> setting. (<em>Tip:<\/em> You can filter these transactions by selecting <strong>Failed<\/strong> in the <strong>Sync status<\/strong> column and clicking <strong>Apply filter<\/strong>).<br>-Click the blue <strong>Actions<\/strong> button in the upper-left corner, then hit <strong>Sync<\/strong>.
