During this process, Synder is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reviewing transactions from each platform<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Linking gateway data to e-commerce orders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Checking if transactions from gateway platforms are related to e-commerce sales or stand-alone platform transactions that need to be accounted for separately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applying your mapping logic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creating journals for each transaction in the background.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>After completion, summaries will change the status to \u201c<strong>Fully fetched<\/strong>\u201d, indicating that all available data for that period has been aggregated. <strong>E-commerce orders and related gateway payments are included under one summary<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>When a payment processor (e.g., Stripe) is used exclusively for Shopify orders, Synder aggregates all transactions processed by both Shopify Payments and Stripe into a single summary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Follow these steps to check and confirm this behaviour:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Access the \u201c<strong>Summaries list<\/strong>\u201d page from the left-side menu.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Locate a summary from the Shopify integration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the summary line to open <strong>Summary Preview<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scroll down and see the \u2018<strong>Linked Transactions<\/strong>\u2019 block containing transactions from all payment gateways linked to Shopify sales.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" It defines the final result of financial data synchronization to your books and ensures accurate reports.<br><br>There are two types of integration views in the Mappings list:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>E-commerce integration tab (e.g., Shopify)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This tab includes all E-commerce platform as well as all related gateway mapping lines. Check back in a few hours or the next day to see if the summaries are ready.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If an e-commerce payment is processed through a gateway that Synder connects to directly, you must connect both platforms.
