For more details on how each aggregation mode works and when to use them, preview <a href=\"https:\/\/synder.com\/help\/daily-summary-aggregating-data-daily-or-per-payout\/#per-payout-aggregation-573689c3-65d3-442e-9546-032ceaa39276\">this guide<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"platform-availability-4a934bb7-cb5b-4ffd-b4f6-a15846430d85\"><strong>Platform Availability<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Per-payout mode is currently available for <strong>Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and Stripe<\/strong> integrations.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Only <strong>QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, and Oracle NetSuite<\/strong> support this aggregation mode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"how-it-works-c9c1ad59-7d63-482c-90cb-cd9d8e2dbdc8\"><strong>How it works<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When Per Payout synchronization is enabled:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Synder collects all transactions included in a payout\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transactions are grouped into a single summary\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data is structured to match platform reporting\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The summary is synced to the accounting system\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The summary is generated only after the payout is completed. Aggregation timing depends on payout schedules and may take days or weeks.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After synchronization, the created entry matches the corresponding bank deposit in the accounting system.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Example Amazon payout covering the settlement period of February 29 &#8211; Per-payout summaries for historical periods cannot be generated manually. <strong>Contact support for assistance when switching modes.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"per-payout-sync-behaviornbsp-06a186aa-411e-4efc-a017-9f73737e19fb\"><strong>Per Payout Sync Behavior&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>During synchronization of a single summary, multiple entries may be created in the accounting system.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"scenario-1-payout-spans-multiple-months-c55f29f7-4c3c-4b04-bb75-686c9b88571a\"><strong>Scenario 1: Payout Spans Multiple Months<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Some settlement\/payout periods cover more than one month. Unlike automatic payouts, manual payouts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Are not linked to balance transactions in Stripe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Share the date of the automatic payout in summaries, making automatic matching to bank statements in accounting software less reliable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Since the manual payout will have the automatic payout\u2019s date, it may not match directly with your bank statement. During synchronization, Synder may rearrange some data and add\/skip a few lines. For example, the Clearing account lines may be skipped in the created Journal Entry. Contact our Customer Support team if you want to switch to per-payout mode.<\/em><em><br><\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Can Per Payout summaries be generated manually?<\/strong><br><em>No. Per Payout
