Use it to understand whether a transaction is already in your books, still processing, waiting for action, skipped, deleted, or blocked by an issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Use this guide if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You want to check the status of one or more transactions in the <strong>Platform transactions<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You need to understand what to do next after seeing a sync status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You need to understand why some transactions might not be synced to your accounting software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"how-sync-statuses-work-7c68e232-be6a-4afb-ba43-53c0c4c22bc2\"><strong>How sync statuses work<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Each transaction in the <strong>Platform transactions<\/strong> tab has a sync status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The status tells you where the transaction is in the sync process.
