Here\u2019s how it works:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First, Synder searches for existing items in your accounting platform. It looks for matches by Product\/Service Name or SKU, based on your product search priority. Learn more in the <a href=\"https:\/\/synder.com\/help\/transaction-can-not-be-synchronized-without-product-or-service\/\">Product Search Priority<\/a> guide.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If Synder finds all items, it uses them to post the transaction data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If any items are missing and \u201cCancel synchronization if item is not found\u201d is enabled, Synder cancels the sync for that transaction.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"what-to-do-if-syncs-are-canceled-08ec8e12-6c37-4f05-9b16-97005eb5d968\"><strong>What To Do If Syncs Are Canceled<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When Synder cancels a transaction because of missing items, follow these steps to fix it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"1-identify-the-missing-items-11b8c028-0255-4476-80f6-aabd6de200e6\"><strong>1. Identify the Missing Items<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to the <strong>Platform transactions<\/strong> tab. Find the canceled transaction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Note the item names in that transaction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then check whether these items exist in your accounting platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"2-choose-how-to-handle-missing-items-1477c17b-5c52-4351-914f-82fe40b19515\"><strong>2.
