If you notice that your Square integration shows a ‘Connection lost’<\/strong> status, you’ll need to re-establish the connection by following the steps below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click on the Profile icon in the upper-right corner of your Synder account.<\/li>
  2. Click on ‘My Account’.<\/li>
  3. Under Square, click on ‘Disconnect’.<\/li>
  4. Click on ‘Add Integration’.<\/li>
  5. From the dropdown list of integrations, select Square, choose the necessary location(s), and click on ‘Connect’.<\/li>
  6. Choose an account for payouts.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Note:<\/strong> To re-establish the connection, you will need to disconnect the platform entirely before reconnecting; do not simply click on ‘Reconnect’<\/p>\n\n\n\n
