Using classes in Synder Daily Summary can help you track your sales more efficiently and gain more insight into your business performance. In Synder, you can assign classes to Daily Summary lines to provide a detailed breakdown of your sales results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    How to enable classes in Daily Summary sync<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Here\u2019s how to use classes in Synder Daily Summary:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. First, you\u2019ll need to set up the classes in your accounting company, unless you have already done it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For QuickBooks Online:<\/strong>
    Click on the Gear icon in the top right corner of the screen, then select \u201cAll Lists\u201d under the \u201cLists\u201d section. From there, select \u201cClasses,\u201d and then click the \u201cNew\u201d button to create a new class. You can create classes based on different categories, such as products\/services, payment processors, warehouses or regions of sales.
    Note:<\/strong> To be able to create classes, enable them in QuickBooks first by going to \u201cSettings\u201d \u2192 \u201cAccount and Settings\u201d \u2192 \u201cAdvanced\u201d \u2192 \u201cCheck Track classes\u201d. Learn more     here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For Xero:<\/strong>
    Click on the \u201cAccounting\u201d menu at the top, then hit \u201cAdvanced\u201d and select \u201cTracking categories\u201d. From there, click on \u201cAdd tracking category\u201d and specify the Tracking category name. You can name it based on products\/services, payment processors, warehouses, regions, etc. Under \u201cCategory options\u201d, enter the necessary names of products, warehouses, regions or other variations and click \u201cSave\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. Map your classes in Synder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Once you have set up the classes in your accounting company, you can map them in Synder. To do this, go to \u201cMapping\u201d \u2192 \u201cEnable classes\u201d (alternatively, click \u201cSettings\u201d on the left-side menu \u2192 go to the \u201cMapping\u201d tab \u2192 scroll down the page and switch on \u201cEnable class tracking\u201d). Once the mapping is refreshed, you will see the column labeled \u201cClass.\u201d Here, you can select the appropriate class for each type (the future Daily Summary line).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. Review your results: After mapping your classes in Synder, you will get classes assigned to all the mapped Daily Summary lines.
