In order to synchronize transactions in different currencies, make sure the Multicurrency<\/em> setting is enabled in QuickBooks Online.
Note:<\/strong> Once the setting is enabled in QuickBooks Online, it can\u2019t be disabled, so we recommend you double-check it with your accountant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    How to enable multicurrency in QuickBooks Online<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    To enable multicurrency in QuickBooks Online, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Log in to QuickBooks Online\u2192 click on the Gear icon in the upper-right corner \u2192 select Account and settings<\/em>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Go to the Advanced<\/em> tab \u2192 turn Multicurrency <\/em>on \u2192 put a check mark next to I understand I can\u2019t undo Multicurrency<\/em> \u2192 click on Save <\/em>\u2192 hit Done<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      How to adjust Synder settings to your newly enabled QuickBooks multicurrency<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      1. Go to the Settings <\/em>tab on the left-side menu in Synder.
      2. Choose the integration in which you have multicurrency transactions from the dropdown.
      3. Go to the General<\/em> tab and make sure the Process transactions in multiple currencies<\/em> setting is enabled in Synder for your sales platform, or simply enable it and click Update <\/strong>to save the settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If you have a transaction with the following error message (see below), proceed with the abovementioned steps and re-sync the canceled transaction(s) with this error.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
