If your Square orders show as pending, follow the steps below to fix them and keep your books accurate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What This Article Does Not Cover<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This guide does not cover:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>How to reconcile already synced transactions in Synder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Issues unrelated to order status (e.g., failed payments, refunds).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced Square or Synder features outside of order completion and syncing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Why Payments Appear as Pending in Synder<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Synder only syncs Square payments when the order status in Square is <strong>completed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If an order in Square is open, new, or not completed, Synder imports it as pending.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This is by design. Pending orders can still change or get deleted in Square.
