How it works:<\/strong> you create a smart rule that sends the email automatically.
Supported platforms:<\/strong> QuickBooks Online<\/strong> and Xero<\/strong>. The steps differ, so follow the section for your platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note:<\/strong> when your customers reply to an email sent by a Smart Rule, their reply goes directly to your company email address — not to Synder support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sending thank you emails in QuickBooks Online<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to your Synder company → click the Smart rules<\/strong> tab on the left-side menu → hit Create rule<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n
  2. Select Invoice<\/strong> as a trigger → choose Sent<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n
  3. Click Action<\/strong> → select the nearest block.<\/li>\n\n\n
  4. Under the Create\/Edit section, select Email<\/strong> → Customer<\/strong> → Current customer<\/strong> → enter the Email subject<\/strong> → your message → select Attach PDF QuickBooks Invoice<\/strong> if needed, then click Save and close<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
