    Start the Brex integration from scratch<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Create an account<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you\u2019re getting started with Synder you\u2019ll need to create a free Trial account<\/a> and connect your accounting system first. Check out this guide if you would like to integrate your payment platform with QuickBooks Online or Xero,<\/a> and this article to connect your QuickBooks Desktop<\/a> company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. Provide your business details<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Going through the set-up process of an Organization<\/a> for your QuickBooks\/Xero company, fill in the information about your business and hit the Next step<\/em> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. Select the platforms you’d like to integrate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Now you need to select the platforms you would like to connect to Synder<\/strong>. Click View all integrations<\/em> to see the list of all available platforms.
    Note<\/strong>: Mark all the services you are using to receive payments, you will be able to connect all of them right away or skip the connection<\/strong> of particular integrations and set them up any time later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. Connect your accounting platform<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Select the accounting company you’d like to connect to Synder and click on Next step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Note:<\/strong> If you are connecting QuickBooks Online or Xero, you will be prompted to select the sync mode. Proceed with the desired option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Click on Connect <\/em>to connect your accounting company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. Connect your Brex account<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Almost there! To complete the setup, you just need to connect your Brex to Synder. You will be prompted to fill in your Brex<\/em> API token<\/em> to let Synder see and synchronize your transactions. Please, follow these quite simple steps<\/a> below to acquire the details needed from your Brex account:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Navigate to\u00a0Developer > Settings<\/a><\/em>\u00a0in your Brex admin account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click\u00a0Create Token<\/em>\u00a0(you can pick any name that will help you identify it, e.g. \u201cSynder\u201d or \u201cVendor payment automation\u201d and so on).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Put the\u00a0Referrals<\/em>\u00a0field to\u00a0None <\/strong>and all other fields to Read<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Hit\u00a0Create token<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Note<\/strong>: If you do not have admin access in Brex, please hit the Invite<\/strong> account owner<\/strong> button and specify the account owner email. They will receive an invitation via email and will be able to grant the required permissions and connect Brex to Synder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Paste your Brex API Token<\/em> to the corresponding field in Synder and hit the Connect<\/strong> button:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        6. Set up the Brex integration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        To complete the setup for the Brex integration, choose an account for payouts (usually, your Checking account) that will allow\u00a0smooth reconciliation<\/a>\u00a0of your Brex transactions in one click. Hit\u00a0Continue\u00a0<\/strong>to finish the configuration.
        You can integrate sales platforms one by one straight away or skip the connection for other additional payment processors and set them up later in the Settings: click on the Person icon in the upper-right corner, then select Organization settings<\/strong><\/em>, and click on Add integration<\/strong><\/em>.
