    1. Create an account<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you\u2019re getting started with Synder you\u2019ll need to create a free Trial account<\/a> and connect your accounting system first. Check out this guide if you would like to integrate your payment platform with QuickBooks Online or Xero,<\/a> and this article to connect your QuickBooks Desktop<\/a> company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. Provide your business details<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Going through the set-up process of an Organization<\/a> for your QuickBooks\/Xero company, fill in the information about your business and hit the Next step<\/em> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. Select the platforms you’d like to integrate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Now you need to select the platforms you would like to connect to Synder<\/strong>. Click View all integrations<\/em> to see the list of all available platforms.
    Note<\/strong>: Mark all the services you are using to receive payments, you will be able to connect all of them right away or skip the connection<\/strong> of particular integrations and set them up any time later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. Connect your accounting platform<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Select the accounting company you’d like to connect to Synder and click on Next step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Note:<\/strong> If you are connecting QuickBooks Online or Xero, you will be prompted to select the sync mode. Proceed with the desired option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Click on Connect <\/em>to connect your accounting company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. Connect your Braintree account <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Almost there! To complete the setup, you just need to connect your Braintree and other sales platforms to Synder. Click on Connect <\/strong>if you are an admin, or Invite account owner<\/strong> if you do not have admin access in Braintree.
    You will be prompted to fill in your Merchant ID, Public Key and Private Key<\/em> to let Synder see and synchronize your transactions. Please, follow these quite simple steps<\/a> below to acquire the details needed from your Braintree account:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    a. Navigate to the Braintree settings<\/em> under the Gear icon in the top-right corner of your Braintree account \u2192 choose API<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    b. Hit \u2018Generate New API Key\u2019<\/strong> \u2192 then click \u2018View\u2019 <\/strong>for newly generated Key.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    c. Copy all three (Public Key, Private Key, Merchant ID<\/em>) from Braintree and paste to the corresponding Synder fields. Then, click on Connect<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You can integrate other sales platforms one by one straight away or skip the connection for other additional payment processors and set them up later in the Settings:
    a. Click on the Person icon<\/em> in the upper-right corner and select Organization settings<\/em>.
    b. In the Integrations<\/em> section, click Add integration<\/em>.
    c. Select the integration you’d like to connect and click Connect<\/em>. If you don’t have admin rights, send an invitation to the account owner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
