    1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.<\/li>
    2. Go to Settings (Gear icon) \u2014> Company (Account) and settings<\/em>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. Check the email address specified on the Company<\/em> tab (1) \u2014> Contact info<\/em> (2): if it\u2019s not the one you want your customers to see on the invoices, change it.<\/li>

If after changing the email in your QuickBooks settings you send a test invoice and the old email address is still showing there, go to Synder \u2014> click on the Person icon <\/em>in the upper-right corner and select Organization settings<\/em> \u2014> click Disconnect <\/em>near the connected QuickBooks Online company and hit Connect to QuickBooks<\/em> \u2014 this way the connection will be updated and all the changes you made on QuickBooks side will be recognized by Synder.<\/li>
        2. If you want your Customer-facing email in QuickBooks to be the same as your Company email, check the corresponding box when editing this setting.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
