Both pieces of <strong>software<\/strong> (Quickbooks Desktop and Synder Connector app) are <strong>installed on the same machine<\/strong> and on the same drive (drive C by default).<br>2. Your system <strong>does not fall into sleep mode<\/strong>.<br>3. <strong>Antivirus does not interfere<\/strong> with the synchronization process. Please add Synder Connector app as an exception or switch the antivirus off during synchronization.<br>4. You have a<strong> healthy Internet connection<\/strong>.<br>5. The synchronization process will be restarted automatically, so your transactions\u2019 status will start changing from \u201cscheduled\u201d to \u201csynced\u201d.<br><strong>Note: <\/strong>Synchronize transactions in batches of&nbsp;100-200. This will provide more efficient operation of the software application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If all steps above are followed and still no transactions get synchronized, please follow the steps below:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Open \u201cPlatform Transactions\u201d tab \u2192 Click \u201cCancel all\u201d;<br>2. Open both Synder connector and QuickBooks Desktop, and click on the <strong>Disconnect<\/strong> button in the Synder connector;<br>4. In your QuickBooks Desktop company file, click on the Edit tab at the top \u2192 Preferences \u2192 Integrated Applications \u2192 Company preferences. Untick Synder there and click on the Remove button. Open Settings on your computer \u2192 Apps \u2192 search for Synder and click on the Uninstall button;<br>6. Download the Synder connector, launch it and Click the Connect button to connect your QuickBooks Desktop Company;<br>8. Mark corresponding options (1,2) to set up QuickBooks Certificate and click the Continue\u2026 button (3);<br>9.
