What It Means<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Synder says that the Bank type account you have specified in Settings cannot accept payments in the currency of the failed transaction due to the rules of your accounting system (QuickBooks\/Xero).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Possible Reasons<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A. Your QuickBooks or Xero company might not have multicurrency enabled.
B. You haven\u2019t configured Synder properly to handle multicurrency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How To Fix It<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Reason A. Your QuickBooks or Xero company might not have multicurrency enabled<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Make sure that you have multicurrency enabled in your QuickBooks\/Xero. For QuickBooks, learn how to enable it here<\/a>. For Xero, learn how to enable it here<\/a>.
    Note:<\/strong> Once you have multicurrency enabled in QuickBooks, you won\u2019t be able to turn it off, so we recommend asking your accountant beforehand.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    1. Make sure multicurrency is set up correctly in Synder and sync the failed transaction again.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Reason B. You haven\u2019t configured Synder properly to handle multicurrency<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Go to the Settings<\/em> tab in Synder on the left-side menu and choose the necessary integration.<\/li>
      2. Go to Sales <\/em>and check that you have the right Clearing account (e.g., Stripe (required for Synder) selected (single one or separate accounts for each currency).<\/li>
      3. Repeat step 2 with Fees<\/em>, Application fees<\/em>, and Expenses <\/em>(PayPal only).<\/li>
      4. Finally, go to the Payouts <\/em>tab and make sure that you have specified your Checking account there.<\/li>
      5. lick on Update <\/strong>to save any changes if necessary.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Note:<\/strong> setup of Synder should reflect the setup of your bank accounts in real life. If you have all currencies converted and paid out in one currency to a single account, select only one checking account in Synder, if you have payouts going into separate bank accounts for each currency, select separate checking accounts in Synder. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
